NEBHE (New England Board of Higher Education) Tuition Break Program

Residents of the six New England states – Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont – are eligible through Tuition Break to pay lower tuition at out-of-state public colleges and universities within New England.  Please read website for further details.
