Application opens November 2022. Applicant must be a resident of western or central Massachusetts, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, or the state of Connecticut; must intend to enroll in an accredited college or university; must submit transcripts, scores on college entrance exams, and two reference letters.  See website for further details.
