The Hagan Scholarship

Applicant must be a US citizen, attending an eligible public high school (in the top 20% of the high school graduating class) and enrolling at an eligible four-year college or university the first semester following high school graduation and must provide a complete copy of the FAFSA SAR showing EFC.  See website for further details.
