Applicants must be a "Beneficial Member" of Royal Neighbors over the age of 16; attending or planning to pursue a post-secondary education at an accredited institution to obtain a trade or vocational degree, associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or doctoral degree.  See website for further details.
