About Us

We provide personalized assistance to support adults pursuing education beyond high school. First established in Lynn in 1973, the North Shore EOC has supported thousands of individuals each year. Funded by federal TRIO grants, we help participants find the right education option beyond high school; successfully apply and enroll; find scholarships and financial aid; and find lifelong learning opportunities to navigate their higher education and career journey as the needs arise. The EOC is committed to building equity, diversity and inclusion in postsecondary education for underrepresented students.
