The Blackstone/Franklin Square Neighborhood Association (BFSNA) Scholarship Fund

Two scholarships are awarded annually: $2,000 for academic achievement and $3000 for the Andrew Parthum Scholarship for outstanding community achievement.  Applicants must be high school seniors or current students enrolled in a college or vocational/trade school as well as, residents of, or students attending school, in the South End.
