Applicant must be a resident of the City of Boston, Chelsea, Revere or Winthrop; high school senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA, acepted to an accredited college or university and nterested in pursuing studies in Government, Public Administration, Management, Planning, Architecture or Design.  See website for further details.
